Welding
We have invested heavily in the very latest EWM and Miller welding technology to enable us to cover lots of different welding types. Such as: MIG, TIG DC/AC & MMA. We can weld almost any material from mild steels through to stainless steels, aluminium's, hard facing and exotic thermal steels in which we have a wealth of experience.
All of our welding personnel are fully coded.
Fabrication
Within the team there are fully skilled fabricators that can fabricate almost anything! Our skilled fabricators can work from CAD drawing or even something hand drawn on paper! From steelwork, platforms, screw conveyor’s, spouting and belt elevators can be fabricated. Fabrication projects can consist of a single one off job or a job that requires many man hours.
Shearing
Our guillotine can cut up to 3000mm wide of 6mm thick sheet.
Rolling
Our multiple rolling machines are capable of rolling 13mm thick plate 2000mm wide and up to 30mm thick
of 500mm wide!
CNC Plasma Cutting
We have invested in the very latest in-house Swift Cut CNC Plasma table technology, capable of cutting up-to 30mm thick plate.
We can import from DWG & DXF or CAD design and draw in-house to your exact requirements.
Mobile Welding
We can weld virtually anywhere using our MOSA mobile generator/welding sets.
Folding
Our folding machine is capable of bending up to 2500mm of 6mm plate, 1250mm of 10mm plate and 500mm of 12mm to any angle.
Steel work
We specialise in steelwork for the building industry and more.
Pipe work
Our team is experienced in many aspects of pipework whether its screwed, welded or flanged.
Site Services
We specialise in all aspects of site work including installation of new equipment, on site repairs, welding, plant removals, maintenance etc. We have full liability insurance, provide RAMS, work to CDM Regulations and are Safe Contractor approved.
All of our personnel are fully trained and hold 3A Mobile vertical & 3B Mobile boom, PASMA, 1st aid, Fork lift and have coded welding certs ECT.
Turning, Milling & Drilling
We offer full machching facility's in house.
Finished Work
Finished work can be powder coated, galvanized, spray painted or hand painted, we can help you achieve any finish you require.
